SOUNDHEALING SESION, RESOURSE MEDITATION

JUNE 19, 20, 21

Day 1. Sound Healing and Guided Meditation The first day is dedicated to relaxation, slowing down, and reconnecting with oneself. Participants will explore the impact of sound and meditation on emotional well-being and the nervous system. The core of the day will be a sound healing and guided meditation practice designed to release tension and cultivate inner calm. The session will conclude with time for reflection, group discussion, and questions. resounds, the people live. Day 2. Neuroticization Practices and Accessing Inner Resources The second day focuses on stabilizing the nervous system and discovering inner support. Participants will learn simple and effective grounding techniques, self-regulation practices, and methods for returning to a state of presence in the “here and now.” Special attention will be given to practices that help access inner resources, strength, and calm. The practical session will be followed by a question-and-answer discussion. Day 3. Breathing Practices and Qigong The third day will focus on breath, movement, and physical restoration. Participants will learn breathing techniques designed to reduce stress, release tension, and improve emotional balance. The Qigong practice will gently help participants reconnect with the body, restore energy, and cultivate inner harmony. The program will conclude with an integration of the overall experience, a question-and-answer session, and final reflections.

Breathing Practices and Qigong
