Making Traditional Ukrainian Straw Christmas Stars

We invite children to House of N.B. Ukrainian Cultural Center for a special creative workshop where we will make beautiful Christmas decorations from straw by hand Together, we will learn how to make: ⭐ straw snowflakes ⭐️ Christmas stars ⭐️ traditional straw ornaments for the Christmas tree ⭐️ beautiful holiday decorations made by hand And the most exciting part — every child/participant will receive a special little loom/tool for making straw stars! After the workshop, children will be able to take their tool home and continue creating their own straw stars and decorations together with their families. They can create a whole collection of handmade Christmas ornaments and decorate their own Christmas tree with them. This will be more than just a creative workshop. It is an opportunity for children to discover Ukrainian Christmas traditions, learn about a traditional folk craft, and experience the beauty of things made by hand. We want Ukrainian traditions to live not only in books, but to be passed from generation to generation through creativity, warmth, and shared family moments. Create Christmas traditions with your own hands — and take them home with you. 📍 House of N.B.
