NOVEMBER 13, 14, 15
Oleksandr Skrypka is a chef and artistic carving master originally from Kherson. He studied at the Kherson Higher Vocational School of Restaurant Management, where he dedicated two years to mastering the art of carving. After many years of working in kitchens across Europe and North America, he and his wife recently founded KS Carving Studio in Florida. His favorite part of the creative process is transforming ordinary watermelons, carrots, and radishes into elegant floral arrangements and edible sculptures that become true highlights of celebrations and special events.
